i was gonna write about how this week sux. everything just compounded on eachother. i mean i lost my headphones, lost the soccer games, lost my interviewee for 310, haven't scheduled an interview for 380, losing sleep, nobody wants to go on booze cruize with me, and i think i'm totally gonna give up on readings.

but something happen. it was all today too. everything was looking up. found me another person to interview, was able to schedule the interview for 380. the coolest thing was on the way to bubble tea, one of the book stores on the ave had a going-out-of-business sale. everything was 70% off, and they actually had a computer section. i got me a "writing secure code" book for only 8 bux, instead of the normal $40.

i picked up a new tutoring job. while i was teaching her whatever, we were eating some fortune cookies. her fortune was "you will soon receive help from an unexpected source" and mine was "you will soon have the opportunity to improve your finances." irconic huh?

so yeah, week aint even half way over, and it's been pretty crazy for me. cant say it's looking up yet til i take the 340 exam tomorrow. i barely got to study for it, but i think i'm gonna go catch up on some sleep now.

delora: david, mom's bday is coming up, and so is mother's day.

david: not now lora, i need to transcribe this interview.

delora: here *hands over piece of paper*

david: what is this?

delora: it's my purple blueprint. it's a blueprint of what we can do, but i used a purple pen.

david: "take pictures, sing a song, make dinner, or all of the above..." i say we make dinner, and give her a picture in a nice frame as a present. "david...treasurer, will handle the money..." wait, does this mean i pay for everything?

delora: hehe, yeah.

david: psh, you're cooking then.

...that your kids are awesome. but you already know that already when we pulled off mother's day. oh, do you want to know about operation purple blueprint? well here's how it went down:

we were lucky at first. our mom didn't wake us up to goto the temple, so we got a good chunk of the day to prepare everything. i was finishing up the creamy garlic shells as my mom was walking in the door. we told her to look on the fridge. she noticed that it was very clean on the outside, and the only thing on it was this note. yeah i know the picture's blurry, but she didn't have her reading glasses either. she had to go get her glasses, and she read it out loud:

Oh and what's this? there some new magnets on the fridge holding up the note? here's a close up of the awesomest kids ever (1, 2). and wait, there's more. mom opened up the fridge to find this awesome cake that we made. yeah, we advanced from making our own presents that she'll end up throwing away, to making our own presents she'll end up eating. i mean who could say no to angel cake with chocolate covered bananas detailing the bottom, and crowned with chocolate covered strawberries. actually it was lora's idea to make the cake. and like all of her ideas, i'm the one that actually puts it all together -__-

seriously this time. you've might've guess already, but i've kinda abandoned this whole bloggin things. i mean this whole xanga/livejournal/tabulas thing aint for me. normally i wouldn't do a "good-bye" blog, except for the fact that i still might continue bloggin on my uw site. good bye world, and hello world.
